巽　成仙之後，就會變成星星吧。

暢生　據說是這樣子的。

巽　你呢？你會想變成星星嗎？

暢生　我不知道我想不想⋯⋯現在還不知道。如果我真的不小心或是怎麼樣的變成星星了的話，應該也是不太亮的那種吧。

巽　欸欸，如果一直盯著充滿星星的天空看的話，看久了就會看到之前看不到的星星喔。（停頓）那些比較不容易看到的星星不見得是比較不亮。就像是要和人相處夠久的時間，才能看到更裡面的東西。像是個性，或是心，之類的。（停頓）需要一些時間才能觀察到的，不是比較珍貴嗎？

What about you? Would you want to become a star?

Chang-sheng
I don’t know if I want to… I don’t know yet.
If I really, accidentally or somehow, ended up becoming a star, I’d probably be one of the not-so-bright ones.

Xun
Hey, hey, if you keep staring at a sky full of stars, if you look long enough, you’ll start seeing stars you couldn’t see before.
(pause)
Those stars that are harder to see aren’t necessarily less bright. It’s like how you have to spend enough time with someone before you can see what’s inside them. Like their personality, their heart, stuff like that.
(pause)
Those that take longer to see, aren’t they more precious?
